At Fusion Room we pride ourselves on only using the finest locally sourced produce, where possible. All of our dishes are prepared daily at the restaurant, and cooked to order, meaning the raw ingredients available to our team of chefs are constantly changing with the seasons. We like to reflect this in our dishes, resulting in an ever evolving menu that changes each month throughout the year.
The availability of fresh, local ingredients to our chefs means we can cater for any specific requirements, from food allergies to gluten free. Please do not hesitate to ask.
